Janitorial Housekeeper Supervisor

• Supervising and training the janitorial housekeeper staff on cleaning and maintenance tasks

• Scheduling staff shifts, assigning duties, and monitoring attendance and performance
• Inspecting and evaluating the cleanliness and sanitation of guest rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices
• Ordering and maintaining adequate supplies of cleaning products and equipment
• Reporting and resolving any issues or complaints related to the janitorial housekeeper services
• Enforcing all health and safety regulations and policies in all areas

To be successful as a janitorial housekeeper supervisor, you should have:

• Previous experience as a janitorial housekeeper supervisor or a similar role
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, techniques, and equipment
• Ability to use Microsoft Office applications and other software tools
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Customer service orientation and professionalism
• High school diploma or equivalent
