Admin Secretary

As an admin secretary, you will provide administrative and secretarial support to our general manager and other staff members. You will be responsible for:

  • Scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
  • Preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations
  • Answering phone calls and emails and directing them to the appropriate departments
  • Maintaining and updating databases, records, and files
  • Ordering and managing office supplies and equipment
  • Assisting with special projects and tasks as assigned

To be successful as an admin secretary, you should have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A formal qualification in office administration, secretarial work, or related training
  • At least one year of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software
  • Excellent typing and keyboarding skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
